Center Stage Fitness began three years ago under the name of Figures Ladies Fitness. Business demand necessitated finding a larger space to serve more women and to include workout accommodations for men, thus creating Center Stage Fitness.
We specialize in creating a positive atmosphere promoting wellness in mind, body and spirit. We offer our clients hands on assistance from certified personal trainers. Our job is to make sure you are exercising in a safe and effective manner. We will train you how to properly utilize all of the equipment to expedite your results.
We are very proud to be part of Hall County and participate in local activities and help raise money for local charities. We also mentor special interest groups by promoting wellness.
